Pellon Peltex 70 is an ultra-firm, heavyweight sew-in stabilizer with a smooth, non-woven construction. No fusible adhesive — sew in place for maximum structure. Holds its shape under steam pressing, has no grain so it can be cut in any direction, and is easy to sew even when sandwiched between layers.
